Common questions.

How quickly can a program start?

A site assessment can usually be scheduled within a week. After the walk-through you receive a written scope within 2 business days, and most fleet programs begin their first cycle within two weeks of approval. Single details and rapid-response aviation work are scheduled faster.

Do you really come to us — even outside the Phoenix metro?

Yes. Our units are fully self-contained: power, water, and product travel with us, so distance from a hose bib never decides whether the work gets done right. Statewide engagements are scoped in writing with travel built into the program price.

What does flat monthly billing include?

The written scope defines exactly which assets, which services, and which cycle frequency your program covers. The monthly number includes labor, product, mobilization, and finish reports with photos — no surprise line items.

Is your chemistry safe for aircraft and wrapped vehicles?

Yes. We run aviation-safe, manufacturer-compliant product on every asset class — the same discipline whether we are servicing a King Air or a wrapped box truck. Pure-water systems and hangar protocol are standard on aviation work.

What happens if we are not satisfied with a cycle?

Every cycle closes with a finish report and photos. Flag anything within 48 hours and we re-service the asset at no charge. Programs are month-to-month — the work has to earn the renewal.

Are you insured?

Fully insured, and a certificate of insurance is provided with any proposal on request.

Ready to scope your program?

Complimentary walk-through, written scope within 2 business days, no obligation. We come to you.
